The restaurant at Hotel Ristorante Il Gabbiano is, fully air conditioned, and has over 300 seats inside and 70 seats on the recently constructed terrace. You may obtain various services from the breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner à la carte. In addition to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, the restaurant offers several different kind of plates like traditional Umbrian kitchen, seafood from both the lake and the sea. Many of the natural products which are used are home grown.
The restaurant is open daily:
Buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 09:30
Lunch from 12:30 to 15:00
Dinner from 19:30 to 22:00
With the large room, the restaurant is the ideal place for birthdays, weddings, banquets and meetings. If you have any special requests, please contact us to speak directly with our cook.

The Banquet rooms
The largest banquet room is fully air conditioned, and has over 300 seats.
The main banquet room offers an other 50 seats with access to the outside veranda of recent construction, with also more than 50 seats.
Easy access to the car park and is free for all.
Not just pizza
Our pizzeria
The pizzeria with its wood oven is an integral part of Hotel Ristorante Il Gabbiano. As well as pizza we also offer other dishes including antipasto, pasta meat and fish dishes. Our pizzas are thin, and cooked in a wood oven which gives the pizza a crunchy and delicious taste, the way a real traditional pizza should be. With a wide variety of ingredients we can create more than forty different types of pizzas.
The starters, the first and second courses are freshly prepared and of course many of the ingredients are home grown by us.
We have inside seating for over a hundred people and an outside terrace with over 120 seats. We can easily accommodate large families and/or small groups. With a large fenced lawn area and childrens playground, children of all ages are always welcome.
The pizzeria is open all year round from 5 in the afternoon until late evening. In summer we are open every night but in the winter we are closed on Mondays.
