Our farmhouse
Direct at the Lake Trasimeno rises the new farm of the fam Gradassi. The project is to build a house with 8 apartments, a restaurant, 6 rooms with a bathroom and a swimming pool.
At the moment family Gradassi produces here their own olive oil and vegetables which they use and serve in the restaurant and pizzeria.

Il Girasole
The apartment consists of:
– a bedroom with a double bed
– bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet
– living room with a single sofa bed
– fully equipped kitchen
– TV
– terrace overlooking the lake furnished (during the season) with table, chairs and umbrella
Weekly price: 499€ (low, middle and high season)
La Ginestra
The apartment consists of:
– a bedroom with a double bed
– bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet
– living room with a single sofa bed
– fully equipped kitchen
– TV
– terrace overlooking the lake furnished (during the season) with table, chairs and umbrella
Prices: 499€ (low, middle and high season)
Price includes:
- Initial set of bed linen and towels
- Air-conditioning: active from 8pm to 8am in the hot season
- Car and Moto parking
Access to Village Albergo il Gabbiano (just 3 kms away) and its facilities:
-Free use of 10m x 20m swimming pool with deckchairs & umbrellas (May-September)
-Access to the small gym and the tennis court (upon reservation)
-WiFi in the WiFi zones
Price doesn’t include:
- Final cleaning: € 65,00
- City tax: € 0,80 per person (max. 5 nights) excl. children up to 14 years (to be paid directly to the hotel, before the end of the stay)
Room Extra ( upon request ) :
- Babycot: € 6,00 per night
- Daily apartment cleaning: € 20,00 per day
- Bed Linen and Towels change: € 18,00 per set (2 pax)
N.B. Small pets allowed: € 5,00 per night (to be requested at the time of booking)
With Village Albergo IL GABBIANO so close you have the possibility to add to your reservation (in advance or day by day during your stay) the Restaurant and Pizzeria services: rich buffet with home made delicacies and savory for breakfast, half or fullboard at the Restaurant (3 courses, beverage excluded, with products from our own farmhouse) or at the Pizzeria (wood oven, gluten-free and wholemeal dough available)
Restaurant Extra ( upon request ) :
- Buffet breakfast: € 10,00 per person per day (children 4-12 years € 5,00 per day)
- 1 Meal (either lunch or dinner) : € 20,00 per person per (children 4-12 years € 10,00 per day)
- 2 Meals (lunch and dinner on the same day) : € 35,00 per person per day (children 4-12 years € 17,50 per day)
- Half-board (buffet breakfast + either lunch or dinner) : € 25,00 per person per (children 4-12 years € 12,50 per day)
- Full-board (buffet breakfast + lunch + dinner) : € 40,00 per person per day (children 4-12 years € 20 per day)

Our Olive Oil
Villaggio Albergo Il Gabbiano is surrounded by 1,900 olive trees, which not only gives a wonderful backdrop to the whole village, but also through the olive harvest, which takes place in November each year, it provides us our own extra virgin olive oil which is the basis for all our culinary products.

BIO CULTURE AND KM ZERO
Bio Culture
Lots of the ingredients which we use in our restaurants are from own crops. We do not use any chemishe products and neither are the vegtables been sprayed. Around il Gabbiano is a large moor where sheep gaze around and chickens walking around which not only carefor the product but also give a rural impression. Despite the hard work which the bio-culture entails, we our proud of our healthy products we are able to offer our guests
